Our most ambitious outdoor living project to date

The Prestbury project represents the very best of what can be achieved when space, vision and craftsmanship come together. This was our largest and most comprehensive design and build project to date, and a genuine privilege to bring to life.

Set within expansive grounds, the brief was clear but bold. To create a fully integrated outdoor environment that balanced high-end leisure, wellness, entertaining and landscape design, all delivered seamlessly under one roof. Every element was carefully considered, from the hard landscaping through to planting, lighting and the flow between spaces.

Using premium materials and working closely with trusted partners, we delivered a luxury garden destination designed to be enjoyed year-round, evolving effortlessly from relaxed family living to large-scale entertaining.

A destination style layout

Distinct zones span the entire garden, including a full tennis court, full size swimming pool and spa area, wellness facilities, outdoor kitchen and social spaces, all connected through considered design and materials.
Wellness, built-in

A dedicated wellness suite includes a sauna, steam room, bathroom/changing room and cold plunge, designed to sit naturally alongside the pool and landscaped surroundings.
Entertaining on every scale

From the pergola covered outdoor kitchen and dining areas to the sunken fire pit lounge, the garden is designed for hosting, day or night.
Premium materials throughout

Limestone paving runs cohesively across the space, complemented by a natural stone cobble driveway and carefully curated planting.
A tranquil koi pond

A formal water feature sits centrally within the garden, creating a moment of pause. The koi pond introduces movement, reflection and calm, acting as a visual and sensory focal point.
Planting that softens architecture

A considered planting scheme wraps gently around the property, blurring the lines between house and garden while enhancing the natural stone façade.

For the Prestbury project, our clients entrusted us with full design and build responsibility, something that proved essential given the scale and complexity of the site. From the earliest planning stages through to final detailing, the entire project was managed by our experienced team, ensuring clarity, consistency and complete peace of mind throughout.

The layout of the garden was carefully planned to feel expansive yet intentional. A full-size tennis court sits comfortably within the grounds, while the pool area forms a natural hub for both relaxation and activity. Adjacent to this, the pool house and spa facilities create a private wellness retreat, complete with sauna, steam room, bathroom/changing room and cold plunge, offering hotel-level amenities within the home.

Connecting these spaces, limestone paving provides visual continuity while guiding movement through the garden. Softened by a thoughtful planting scheme and punctuated by a tranquil koi pond, the hard landscaping never feels imposing. Instead, it frames the landscape and allows each zone to breathe.

At the heart of the social areas sits the outdoor kitchen and pergola. Designed for both everyday use and entertaining, this space allows cooking, dining and relaxing to happen effortlessly in one place. The pergola, supplied by our partner Renson, offers year-round usability with integrated heating, lighting and adjustable louvres, providing shelter without compromising on light or openness.

Nearby, a sunken fire pit area creates a more intimate setting. With four feature Solus fire pits that add a sense of ambience to the area, surrounded by luxurious bespoke outdoor furniture, this space becomes a natural gathering point as the evening draws in.

Every element of the project was designed to work together, visually and practically. From the limestone paving supplied by London Stone, to the cobbled driveway by Allgreen, and the planting scheme delivered in collaboration with Ladybrook Nursery.
